How long does it take for a belly button piercing to close up after 3 days of being pierced?

  • I just got it pierced I did it my self 3 days ago. I want to take it out and re do it cause it was too thin ... how long should I wait?

    I think you have to wait until the skin fully heals. Everyone's skin heals differently, but if you just did it, they tend to close faster than if youve had the piercing done for awhile and want it to close. But be careful doing it yourself, maybe during the healing time save money and go get it professionally done.
