  I think your spending so much time into yourself that your starting to make up flaws. There is nothing wrong with your eyes or face. You have perfect eyebrows that compliment your eyes. One of my eyebrows seems smaller than the other. What can I do about it? It shouldn't be anything to beat your self up about it. To get rid of under eye circles use a concealer. If you need help applying or choosing a brand just Google it or go to Youtube. You can make your eyes appear bigger by using a white eyeliner pencil, using eye liner or eyelashes.
