What could be a good Tattoo representing my dead brother - People with Tattoo experiment needed, I need a Tattoo Idea.?

    Unless you go to a true artist who can capture your brother's spirit in an image, you could end up with a tattoo of a person who does not look like your brother, forever imbedded in your chest. So, I would probably not chance that nightmare. Is there any particular passion or interest your brother had? Let's say. for instance, he loved a sport, like baseball. You could have a baseball tattooed on your body with "In memory of (his name here). Or something to that effect. Although I do love the idea of his portrait, it is very iffy. I know someone who had a child pass away. He had her face tattooed on his bicep. The artist got her eyes all wrong and now he has a "stranger" etched on his body for life. So, I am a bit bias to such tattoos. I lost my own brother three years ago to cancer. I know how tough it is to lose a sibling. I have found that as each day passes, I see less of a shadow and more of the sun. I hope you do as well.

Unless you do your research and have the money required, do t do a portrait because you don't want your brother looking like a zombie...(but always do research on artists work for the styles you want). Just think of something he liked or something you did together, even if it's that you guys liked to go fishing or wrestle, you can capture him in a better form than just having his name on you. For example, you could have a cartoon like drawing of the backs of two little kids fishing at a pond on the back of your calf with their poles crossed with a nice saying above and/or below. Make it so you know he would love it and have it come from the heart. Even if it's an inside joke or even song lyrics, just make it something you know is worth having on your body forever.
