Your friend? Are they registered to tattoo? Do they have a licence? Have they been trained professionally? If no, then why are they tattooing you and what makes them trained to know the ink being rejected? PS this is highly dangerous and illegal and your friend can be jailed/fined If they have all the above, then its the ink (type or colour) most likely or the depth of the needle has been set.
