  Hi, I went through similar symptoms for an injury called and acetabular labral tear. You have many of the symptoms I had. They are actually common in gymnasts and dancers as well as soccer and football players. I would recommend seeing and orthopedic doctor and get evaluated. After they do physical tests (ie moving your leg a certain way) they will determine whether they think you have a tear. Then they will probably want to get an MRI arthrogram done to confirm. After that, based on your results you could either go through physical therapy or arthroscopic surgery. One thing I wish I knew was after I waited 8 months with no clear answers I finally found a hip specialist who could get me an answer. Both my MRIs were clear, and he said these tests do not always show anything. He was right, as when he did my surgery he found a severe labral tear, as well as FAI, chondral damage, and synovitis. I guess my point is get it checked out, be persistent that you get a diagnosis, good luck!
