Answer:
I'd say the worst ones are processed grains, like white bread and white rice, and processed junk food like chips and crackers. Maybe fast food too. I choose these because people tend to overeat these foods both because they have no nutritional value, so leave you a little hungry, and because they are formulated to be delicious, causing people to want more, even when they are not hungry. You should avoid sugary soda, because there is too much sugar. I also avoid fruit juice and instead, put whole fruit into a blender. Because the fiber in the seeds and skin makes the sugar have less of an impact on your body. And personally, I do not and would not avoid high fat foods because the body needs some fat to help it absorb nutrition, and because just a little can make a meal more satisfying.

Its not always about food. There are other causes too like lack of sleep and stress. You should definitely avoid junk food and try eating vegetables and fruits all the time. Dairy products make you fat and yeah they are the cause of bad skin like acne too according to some research. And yeah one more thing. I am 5'8 and my weight is 50kg. You want to know why? Here's the tip: "eat less, more often" I hope you get the point there. It helps the food digest fast cause you ate less and wont let you gain weight. And yeah drink LOTS of water. I hope that helped xx

You said it,, FATS,, Very simple, too much fats makes you store fats,, People in asia eat carbs, processed or not and they are slim,, Why? Its not genes,, genes only plays 1% of the role,, Its because they eat fats(junks, meat, etc) as a condiment,, Sadly they are catching up to the west now,, Im from asia and i was there for 16 years straight,, We always have white rice every meal,, And white rice is considered processed carbs and is avoided in the west,, But the truth is we hardly eat any meat(which packs alot of fats believe it or not even if it says "low fat" on the label, thats just marketing) there,, Well growing up we had meat but unlike in US(i live here now), American eats probably 20 times more fatty foods than asian people,, If you travel you will know what people eat in other countries and youll be surprise how much little fat they eat,,

Best: nuts & seeds, legumes, brown and wild rice, whole grain breads & flour like oats & quinoa, most raw organic veggies. Health basics: drink the right amount of water--use an online calculator, usually take a multi-vitamin, combine your food properly, eat 80% alkaline foods, exercise properly, avoid poisons (research fructose, aspartame, azodicarbonamide, pesticides, gmos), look at getting the B12, electrolytes and organic sulfur you need, research the best and worst foods. You should join a group like Weight Watchers to attend regular weekly meetings where ideas of what you can and shouldn't eat are regularly reinforced. You can find a Weight Watchers Simply Filling recipe list online that suggests the foods you should eat. http://www.pinterest.com/missmishellbell/weight-watchers-core-and-simply-filling-recipes/ And of course it is easier to supply a short list of what is good to eat, than a longer list of foods that must be avoided.
