It will only affect you if you don't get enough protein! I'm vegetarian and am having the same thoughts. I'm no expert but some good sources of protein are: eggs, nuts, peanut butter, quinoa or bulgar, chick peas, and protein supplements. You could find a lot of healthy vegetarian recipes anywhere online practically! If you do become vegetarian, make sure you get enough protein and vitamins! Hope I helped and good luck!
