1: the club you would be in is for 15-17 YOs. with one exception, you are free to go wherever you like. the exception is the curfew in place( probably 1 am, could be earlier or later) if not with your parents or other adults or participating in a Teen club activity, you must be in your cabin. At least one lounge will be off limits to anyone under 18 after 10 or 11 pm as well. 2: the official age limit for most whirlpools is 16 and up. the family one( not in the adult only section) will be fine. the adult one (solarium) you are not allowed into at all. they are HOT TUBS not mini swimming pools or for horsing around. act appropriately. 3: not as such no but the Buffet or poolside will have those available. also Pizza. you can eat that at home. the whole point is to try new things. 4: that is up to YOU. August is full of families but you still need to make the effort. 5: put away the damn Iphone for a week,. it won't kill you. and your parents aren't going to want to pay the huge prices for cell and data anyway on board. there will be on board activities to appeal to a wide range of interests and more than enough stuff to do in port. anyone who is bored has no one to blame but themselves.

There is a teen club for 15-17 year olds (there are also other groups for younger children). No, you do not have to stay there if you don't like it. You will not find pizza at dinner in the main dining room, but there is probably a burger on the menu. There are also some simple things like chicken breast and pasta dishes. If you want pizza, you need to go to the buffet restaurant. In early August, there will be a lot of kids on the ship; in late August, not quite as many because some schools start in late August. It will be up to you to find ones to make friends with, especially if you choose not to go to the teen club.

My only comment is in regards to the food. The main dining rooms tend to have fancier foods on the menu, steak, lobster, snails etc. It's a great opportunity for you to try new foods. I once saw "basil" ice cream as a desert. I tried it... it was awesome! If I didn't like it, I could oder something else. As far as getting a burger in the dining room... they try to please all of their passengers. If you ask for a burger and there's burgers to be found on the ship they will likely get one for you. All you have to do is ask... there's no harm in asking. On one cruise, one member of our group was a little kid who only wanted mac & cheese. It's not on the menu, but they got her mac & cheese! Don't forget to try the snails! If you don't like them, it's not like you shelled out a butt load of money for them.

Go to www.cruisecritic.com and look at the floor plan and read the reviews of the ship. There's almost always a place to get pizza 24 hours a day. I cruised with a 14 year old recently. She went to the club the first night and made some friends. After that, it was easy for them to say, "Meet you in the club tomorrow" and whoever got there first could hang out waiting for the others. Then they could go wherever they wanted. If you're in the dining room and you don't like what's on the menu, just ask your server. They'll bring a burger or chicken strips- if you parents will let you!

You will be in a situation where you can try new foods. You should take advantage of it. You can get a burger at home; you are on vacation, broaden your horizons.

Why don't you just read their website and read the reviews from people who have been on it recently
