Best way to book domestic flights: travel websites or particular airline website?

In all honestly, the airline's website. I do use a website like http://www.kayak.com to locate the lowest fare but I always book it on the airline's website. Some travel sites charge a small booing fee while other websites do not offer all of the flight options available. In actuality, all websites book through the airline and thus have the same base prices. The travel websites make their money from the small fees and additional things like car rentals and hotels. I don't need any of that so I just stick to the airline;s site.
