Private flight attendants work for air charter services, and get paid a little more than the commercial attendants. The attendants working private charter, need to be experienced and extremely good. Usually these attendants are head hunted from the commercial sector. I have flown private air charter maybe three times, on two of those occasions we had a flight attendant, and I have to say the two ladies were exceptional.
