Liberal Jewish Synagogues here in the UK have recognised and blessed same-sex civil partnerships for years. The gay marriage legislation does not require any religious group to perform marriages. So no, they cannot marry in any mosque, nor in any other church that forbids it.

No religious institution be it a synagogue, hindu temple, chapel or otherwise: can, has or will allow it. @ Ben Civil partnerships are not marriages - you can bless them or dress them as you wish - they're religiously and socially irrelevant. Civil partnerships are written into law - not same sex marriage. You're still living in a cave it seems, as Jewish Beth Dins have been working for years. The legal system has allowed shariah too to operate with equal status in some matters.
