Go to court with your proof of insurance, your registration, and inspection certificate. You are guilty, however the judge may reduce or throw out the charges as long as you can prove you got everything fixed.

Dress presentable for court. Do not wear any jeans, tank tops, and stuff like that. If you can not afford a lawyer, you can file court paperwork for a PD. In the worst case, if you get any fines to pay,you can ask the court to pay the fines on an installment plan. Get proof that you had an appointment for the inspection certificate prior to the tickets. Usually if you show the court , that you took care of the improper equipment violations before the court date , the court might let you off lightly. I do not know, since that is a judge decision.
