Pepsi contains too much sugar and caffeine and also has very high acidity. You can ruin your stomach with too much pepsi. It is a bit like drinking etching fluid. An Australian newspaper a very long time ago mentioned the case of a 17 year old boy who drank enormous amounts of coca cola every day and at the age of 17 it killed him. If you were to drink 8 bottles of pepsi every day you would have a very short life.

You will probably get a "sugar rush" then "crash" later on. You can't get diabetes from consuming a lot of sugar. There are many other factors that contribute to diabetes. You also might be a little bloated and gassy from all of the carbonation in the Pepsi.
