What is wrong with my foot? swollen and reddness and rash after a bee sting?

Take an antihistamine. Take them as described on the bottle. Put meat tenderizer in a paste with water on the bite. Keep your foot at the height of your heart (by lying down). DON'T elevate it. Don't apply heat or cold. Make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can-- it's not necessary to rush to the ER unless you have trouble breathing or facial swelling, which I don't expect.
