Bed bug bites or flea bites?

Are these bed bug bites, flea bites, or something else?

I stayed at my cousins house on saturday night. Sunday I noticed these bites or whatever they are. Does anyone know if they are bed bugs , or fleas, or something else?! I need help ...show more

it's most likely flea bites. bed bugs actually draw blood and would leave small scabs. (my mom is a home health aid and has had to deal with the little buggers before.) all they need to do is get some flea powder or spray and get the cat some flea drops. the best ones are from the vet.
