Do not pop it. Never pop blisters. A blister prevents bacteria from getting in and causing an infection. I cover my blisters (when I get them) with a band aid to give extra protection. If it pops on its own, or from rubbing on something, you will need to keep it very clean and keep a band aid on it, changing it twice a day.
