Did they really say it was a second interview? Unless you failed the sandwich test the first time you shouldn't need a second interview. Most likely they just want to talk to you about availability, and to make sure you can legally work. Bring two forms of picture ID and your social security card. Bring proof of insurance and make sure your car is clean in case they check it out. If you have any food handling liscenses bring a copy (not the original). Show up in a clean cut, but casual, outfit. Unless they already asked you, think about which shirt size you need and what kind of hat you want (since you're a driver you have a few more options). And make sure you know your sandwiches! This can make or break you and especially as a driver it is very important. Just a few tips: ~Totally Tuna plus cheese is usually the same price as Club Tuna but 15 has 2 portions of cheese ~Salami and capicola are served together and are referred to as Vito meat ~If it has Vito meat, it has onions, sauce, and oregano ~BLT = 6 strips, 16Lulu = 5 strips, 17Porker = 5 strips, Extra bacon =6 strips And it wouldn't hurt to study a map of the area before you go.

Bring a " I hate Subway T-shirt."

If you are hired, you will need to provide them with two forms of ID, typically a driver's license or state issued ID card and a Social Security card. There is a list of accepted forms of ID on the final page of the attached document, which all workers in the US will have to fill out. To look especially prepared, you should have those available if the hiring manager does hire you and wants to start your paperwork. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-9.pdf If you suspect that you might be offered a job, it is also a good idea to have a blank voided check or deposit slip so you can set up direct deposit. Make sure you also have some basic information available as well - things like emergency contacts, some personal references, previous dates and places of employment, etc, but you can store most of that on your phone. Some employment forms ask for this type of information. If you have it available, you will look prepared for the job and won't have to go home to get that information and bring it back to fill out your forms at another time. Unless they asked you to bring anything else, just make sure to show up on time and look presentable. Greet the manager with a firm handshake, make good eye contact and be sure to smile. You shouldn't need anything else.
