With such a limited market - not to mention the long service life of railway rolling stock - it is unlikely that any company would specialise only in the manufacture of 'luxury' rolling stock. Even the old Pullman and Wagons-Lits companies had their vehicles built to their specifications by the established manufacturers of the time, and the same is true today.
