    It is pretty clear you don't know what you are doing. When you get no gas at the engine, do you mean 0 psi with a gauge? It could be a pressure relief return valve stuck open, a fuel filter clogged shut, a bad pump fuse, bad pump relay, Ford has an inertial pump cutout in the trunk that might have to be reset, a bad pump power connection, bad pump ground connection, pinched fuel line, bad purge valve or tank vent, etc. Buying a pump and putting it in without checking anything, was not a very good idea. There also is no way the tank sending unit could be involved, or anyway a dealship would be needed. You have said and done so many things that are wrong, that I would suggest taking the car in to an independent mechanic familiar with Fords. Dealers do bad work and prefer to sell new cars, not fix on 12 years old.
