And in order to make money they only sign very well-trained and very experienced professional actors, have their offices near to big theatre centres, TV studios and movie studios, which is also where their clients have to live. They never help with transport, or any other expenses.

first you need to get acting training to learn how to go about per suing show business and to get experience. agents are last on the list, not first. where you are will determine what is available to you. you can't do this from everywhere. if your where there is nothing to do, you need to get where there is something to do. there isn't a way around that. you need to be where the auditions are for what you want to do and get a local agent. agents only send you on calls local to them. agents only get paid if you work. they aren't going to waste time on someone that has no training and experience. this is a business and there are costs to do business. no one is going to pay for anything for you. all agents do is find auditions for you. it's up to you to make the auditions. the actor pays to get to all auditions, call backs and local jobs. that's why you need to be really close to where things are.
