How do I change my password on yahoo IM?

Last month yahoo made me change my password now i dont know it i had same password for ever so now im lockkedg?

so you forgot your password...what i did is send them email at some address that i don't remember but it was like support [email protected] make sure it's of yahoo. And told them my previous passwords, this email, and the condition they sent me a link to reset it. It worked..
