Go to the hardware store and ask for water faucet screens. FYI - Smoking through a metal wrench socket is usually a bad idea, they usually have a chrome plating that is not good to smoke/breath and some of them are coated with an anti-rusting oil, again, not good to smoke/breath. Best thing to use is a vaporizer, if not that then just use a glass bowl/bong.

Yeah, keep smoking through plastic, idiot. Glass is the only way to go. Throw your contraption away or at least visit your local head shop and see all the modern glass utensils that you can adapt to your jugs.
