How do i get scouted for football?

Im 16 years old and going to borehamwoods football college do you reckon I will get scouted if I'm good enough?

If you possess good talent, then indeed they would pick you as at the age of 16, scouts look for more polished footballers. School teachers and club coaches talk to each other and word gets around about outstanding kids. Scouts are looking at kids all the time. The scout is just another guy standing on the touchline. If you've heard nothing by the time you're 16 the scout just noted in his little book something like "Jimmy Smith. Wilkinson High School Leeds. 22/10/13. . Decent dribbler. But no pace. NFAR".
