How to add "favorites" to yahoo?

How can I add favorites to the yahoo toolbar. It disappeared when had new internet card put in computer after?

  • Lightening hit computer knocking internet card out so had new one put in and now don't have favorites on yahoo toolbar.

    Make sure you are signed in to Yahoo. The Yahoo toolbar gear icon (at the end of the toolbar) should be purple and when you click the gear icon should show Hi name. If your toolbar apps (what you call favorites) still do not show, click the gear icon, click Edit Settings. It should show: Save my layout and settings [ ] To my Yahoo account. You might have to reinstall the Yahoo toolbar (toolbar.yahoo.com). No guarantees. You might have to re-add the apps: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/toolbar/add-apps-buttons-yahoo-toolbar-sln4629.html?impressions=true Yahoo has too many glitches with their software. Good luck.
