How do I clear the search bar from Yahoo search engine?

Why is yahoo hijacking my search engine when I type in google chrom's url bar?

if I make sure I get google homepage first it uses google, however if I type in the url bar it comes up with Yahoo. If Yahoo is causing this, STOP IT!!! If not how can I fix it?

Try going to Options in the top right of the Google Chrome browser (The three lines), Settings, and find "Search" options, then click Manage Search Engines, remove any extra search engines that you do not want to use.
