Best universities in the world to study psychology?

Top universities in usa for study psychology?

  • i want to know college cheap and good for study psychology and what are the best too although are private

  • Answer:

Cheap & good do not belong in the same sentence. If you seriously want to pursue psychology, graduate school is imperative. Psych remains among the most popular majors in the US. The field is glutted at the PhD level - has been since at least the 1970's. To get into a good grad school, you need to be a top-rated student at a top-rated undergraduate university. A mediocre school's degree will NOT get into a top-rated grad school, and only a very tiny percentage of psych PhDs from the top schools have any hope of a job in the field. Plan on USD$250,000 for 4 years - or more. For the really Big Name schools, your costs for 4 years are likely to run over $300,000.

There are no cheap universities for international students. You can expect costs of at least US$30,000 per year. If you'e referring to a Bachelors (undergraduate) degree then it doesn't matter what university you attend. Undergraduate Psychology degrees are practically the same at every university. You need a graduate degree to do anything in the field in ost countries.
