What do you mean by "work abroad programs?" There's nothing analogous to study abroad programs. For internships, if the employer can get any visa for a foreign worker for internship, you'll have to research employers in the country/ies you're considering. Otherwise, with only a bachelor's degree and no experience, no specialized expertise unavailable among citizens of the country, you are not eligible for employment visas. Get an internship, get an entry-level job and work your way up in your own country.
