  a lot of institutes are there..but if u r think about the best then i have also few colleges which are on top and fulfilling the requirement that u want..about international institutes , i am just giving u the name of top 3 of them and also the basis..that why u should to take interest in them ans why they are gud.. 1. JADAVPUR university,kolkata- (gud faculties,low fees,admission via AIEEE ranks, international datagram,) 2.Lovely professional university,Punjab(India's largest university,IITs and NITs faculty,good placement,35+ international ties ups,more than 1 lacs scholarship) 3.IITT,international institute of telecom technology,HP,(gud institute,well faculties,) and to get admission in international institute is really gud and these are like this international term and in fact ,LPU has also 150+ programs for its students with 600+ acres area.
