No. Canada is on the MD system for medicine, which requires a bachelor's degree which includes all the standard premed courses (heavy in sciences, math, calculus, etc) to apply for admission. No foreign students accepted. Your diploma is NOT a bachelor's degree. And nowhere can you do business degree & medicine simultaneously. Choose one or the other. If you've done a diploma in biz, it's extremely unlikely you have sufficient coursework & labwork in the sciences to get into any med school, even an mbbs program.
