WHY do east Asian people have small slanted eyes?

Why do white people have similar eyes to black people while Asians have slanted compared to whites or blacks?

All races have the same amount of peripheral vision...I think you are referring to a double eyelid vs a monolid. Humans have evolved differently based on location. Asians have different eyes from whites and blacks because the Asian race evolved in a different location. In eastern and central Asia, people needed to conserve body heat, and their eyes are surrounded by fat which conserves heat.
