I deleted my xbox 360 profile and I need to know my email address plz help me how do I find it?

Remember I deleted my profile only so I can't sign in and look at it xbox.com/forgot doesn't show me how to plz help me

Unfortunately there's no way to retrieve it. You'll have to remember which e-mail address you used. You can maybe contact MS XBOX support and see if they can help, which would be better than here.
