  You can estimate its worth through ebay. If whole, it's probably worth $25-30. One thing I learned as a field paleontologist is that for megalodon, 1 inch of tooth correlates to 10 feet of shark. A 4 inch tooth means a 40 foot shark...nearly the length of a Greyhound bus.
