Where does the remote wire connect to on my head unit?

I have a 12-pin aftermarket stereo harness, not the normal 16-pin. Because of this, my stereo does not include a blue with white stripe remote wire. I've looked online and two ...show more

You csn buy fuse taps. You get the accessory wire and butt connect it to the heaunit then get a fuse tap and add a terminal on the end of the wire then plug itin. Its hard to explain but look it up. Im sure it will work.

don't connect all 3 together... first connect remote wire coming from amp to the blue wire out of the radio, sometimes cheap manufacturers make that wire stay on with radio instead of just FM... if amp turns off with FM, then only easy option is to tap the remote wire from amp to the red ignition wire.
