How can I recover a deleted folder?

How do I recover deleted email messages at my Yahoo email account after I deleted them from trash folder?

  I have seen different opinions on whether the recovery process will work on emails deleted from the Trash folder. There are so many versions...IE 7, 8, 9, Vista, etc so the method to get to System Restore might be different =======================================... If the above don't work.....Enter RECOVER DELETED EMAILS in your web browser to bring up sites that say they can. ehow.com is a good one.
