How do i adjust the time on yahoo email?

• For some reason, the time an email is received reflects pacific time. I live in eastern standard time. How do I change this?

This is from Yahoo's help center There are a few things you can check 1. double click on the time..lower right...when the box appears click on INTERNET TIME and make sure the automatically synchronize.....etc box is checked. This can also be accessed by RIGHT clicking on the time and the "adjust time/date". While in INTERNET TIME if you notice the time is different between the "synchronized time" and the "next synchronized" just below it click on the down arrow on the right side Clicking on TIME ZONE will tell you which one you are in and can be changed here also if you are not in the right time zone.
