How to get all the contacts in my group?

I added contacts to a distribution group but they are not showing up when I hit compose and that group. How do I get them to show up?

  It may occasionally take a certain amount of time before changes made to contact lists will be reflected using the auto-suggest feature. If this is happening you can still send an email to the updated list from the Contacts page by checking all of those contacts and then choosing the option to 'Email' selected contacts that appears on the right hand side of the screen.
