Is it possible to create .vcf from a contact on Yahoo mail?

I can't create a contact in yahoo mail?

I have added a name & phone number 3 times, but it never shows up. I do not yet have an email address for this person

Lotsa luck...I can't even find the link to click on for CONTACS....yahoo, LEAVE THINGS ALONE!!!!!
