Why can't I send emails with attachments anymore?

I am using Outlook 2013. when I try to send emails with attachments from Rocketmail, it is unable to send. emails w/o attachments send fine.?

  Hi Colsin, I agree with Xander as there is a file size limit of 25MB for attachments in Yahoo mail. But if you are sending mail using Microsoft Outlook then you can increase the size limit of attachments. By default, Outlook provides 20MB file size limit but by making some changes in registry you can increase it.
