Why can't I attach documents to my yahoo e-mail?

I cannot get my Yahoo email to attach any documents. It just keeps thinking but doesn't attach?

I can attach documents on my Comcast email, but not Yahoo for some reason. It appears that its attaching file to email, but thinking icon keep thinking for a long time and then just ...show more
