Why does my sent mail keep disappearing. Why are all my seperate emails compiled into one in my inbox when it?

Why are sent emails in my IN BOX. Also, sent emails keep disappearing. WHAT IS GOING ON> I HATE THIS NEW OUTLOOK. IT SUCKS!!!!
