hacking ones account is a criminal offense, so if you are sure it is him, you can call the cops, but I'm assuming, you don't want to take such measures, so you can call him and threaten to call the cops until he gives you back your account. i recommend threatening him, that way none ends up in trouble, but if you are REALLY mad at him, the cops are a valid option…. good luck in getting your account back
