Why can't i receive emails from another yahoo member?

I cant receive emails in yahoo account?

i tried to receive email from anther domain ( g mail, yahoo, Hotmail,..) in my yahoo email , and i cant send from my yahoo to itself. i got this message Technical details of ...show more
