Does PayPal send you a mail when you sign up?

I have 2 yahoo accounts one signs in but won't load new mail + goes back to sign in but I'm still signed in the other won't let me send mail?

The mail hasn't updated for 5 days every time it try's it takes me back to the sign in screen but I'm still signed in and I can't send mail the other account is ...show more
Answer:

I had to create this account because on my old account whenever I tried to access my mail it would take me to sign in. I then sign in and it just reloads sign in. I just couldn't access my mail. This all started after yahoo answers updated. I'll PM you if i find a solution.
