Having problems in logging into yahoo?

How do I get help from a real person conceding problems with logging in to Flikr and yahoo?

  The hold time on the Yahoo toll free number has been over 2 hours recently. You are not the only one having trouble (see the complaints on yahoo.uservoice.com). We know that Yahoo's engineers are working on the problem. The "logging in" message you are seeing is false. Many people are switching browsers while the work is being done but Yahoo is designed to work with all browsers. Your only hope is to keep posting questions in the Yahoo category here on Y!A until a Yahoo Staff member sees it. They can get inside your account thru your avatar (even tho you have the generic avatar). But don't post too many questions at once. help.yahoo.com sometimes works.
