OK,dumb question-How do I put an avatar picture on my Yahoo answers acct.?

There's been an ongoing glitch but here is how you do it. One of the links will turn your photo into a cartoon. Yahoo no longer provides avatars however you can create one from other free sites see the links below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer. Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc. Create a personal avatar below not a moving or large one, right click and save it to your computer pc.
