How do I make my yahoo answers account private?

    To change your profile Q&A settings to private on the new format All your questions and answers will still be seen on the open site but not on your profile. Go to Answers Home http://answers.yahoo.com/ That is your new profile page. Click Edit Preferences On the new page Scroll down to Privacy Settings For My Questions & Answers **Choose Visible only to me. Share my Answers network with...... ***Choose Visible only to me. Allow someone from Yahoo Answers to become my follower You can allow followers or not. Click the option you choose. Click Save

On the left side of the page click on Answers Home. In the big blue-ish box your name & avatar are in click on Edit Preferences underneath your name.. Scroll down to Privacy settings. For My Questions & Answers select Visible only to me. Click Save : )
