How do you extend your question on yahoo answers?

How do you extend a question on Yahoo answers now? Or has that feature been removed?

    It's weird because I've also received an email about the extension. It followed: "Just click on the question above, then breathe new life into it by using the Action Bar to extend it for another 4 days." Which action bar? Do we need to add a bar to the browser? Well, yahoo professionals may want to answer that question. There's no explanation on the web really.
