Makeup for green, deep set eyes?

DO dark circles around the eyes make them look closer set....if so can makeup help?

  yup concealer is for under eye its thicker then a foundations most of the time and concealers are for under eyes dark under eyes and any pimples you want cover best drug store concealer is maybellline fit me liquid concealer and Revlon photo ready stick cream concealer you put them under you dark circles with a brush and blend it in lightly then set it with a powder so it stays on all day
