Is there any possible way to get lighter eyes?

How to apply concealer under the eyes without it settling into the lines under my eyes? Is there a way to get rid of the lines fast?

put the concealer on and blend it with your finger/makeup sponge and before it gets a chance to crease again powder it!! the powder will prevent it from creasing, just make sure the powder doesn't get too heavy and start to look weird.

When you apply it you should rub it in with your ring finger. You may also want to try other concealers and setting powders. You should also make sure everything is well blended.
