How do I get rid of my severely red cheeks?

How to get rid of Red Cheeks?!!!!?

• I'm not gonna buy any makeup, so how can I get rid of it naturally? My cheeks are constantly red!!

  You may have rosacea. If you don't want to use makeup, then try some good, higher-end redness reducing products - Clinique has an excellent line - such as powders, cleansers, moisturizers and creams. Avoid excessive exfoliation or scrubbing of your face, spicy foods, alcohol (especially red wine as the histamines in it can cause the redness to flare) and time in the sun. Sunscreen won't work - I mean, definitely use it to avoid any UVA/UVB exposure - but it's the actual heat from the sun that will cause the blood vessels to open in your face and as a result, you'll flush. Wear at hat in the sun or stay in the shade. Exercise will also cause your face to flush - but that's a hard one to avoid. Try meditation or yoga to calm any stress and keep your emotions in balance, which will help with any emotional flushing (blushing) that goes on. I also have rosacea, but in addition to all of the above, I also use makeup and green-tinted color correction primer. Good luck!
